By looking at Youtube pages and references, you expect a high quality job. Although I sent them the exact sample I wanted, very amateur works came out. I could have done the same job on fiverr for $150 but I paid $270. At the end of 14 days, I received half a job and now I am doing the rest of the work myself. They did not offer a refund. We've used Grapevine for over 2 years now and they've been fantastic for us. They manage our PPC campaigns, which are quite complex. We have monthly meetings (weekly to start with) and set action points to keep improving. I assumed they'd set up our ads and then sit back and do little for their monthly fee. That's not the case at all. Every month they come with suggestions and improvements, with very little work needed from our side. They repay their monthly fee many times over.
