They had me waste three hours of my time doing a "skills test" which was me coding two emails for them on a horrible setup of a desktop monitor and a laptop. Completely unprofessional. After doing FREE work for them, they contacted me a whole week later saying that I didn't get the job.

These guys know what they're doing. That should be a standard but in the industry, this simply isn't always the case. Some companies are founded on software, but Rand seems to be founded on making business more efficient or solving business ess problems. Software is just one of their tools.
