I had high hopes for Savy Marketing Agency, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. From the outset, it was clear their team was completely out of sync internally. This disorganization severely impacted their ability to effectively handle what should have been a straightforward project—a basic website refresh.
The process was riddled with constant delays, lack of communication, and repeated missteps. To make matters worse, it felt like they were continually upselling us on unnecessary additions to increase the scope of work. When we vetted these suggestions against other providers, not only were they deemed unnecessary, but some of them could have actively harmed our existing SEO.
Their lack of attention to detail led to basic, avoidable mistakes, and their pricing was far from competitive. As a local business, we wanted to support a nearby agency, but the service we received was nowhere near worth the premium price tag.
Overall, this was a frustrating and costly experience that we would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable marketing partner.
In summary out a lot of money and opportunity cost given nothing was accomplished
