Extremely poor experience during recruitment process. It only indicated how they treat people inside the company. They force job applicants to do time-consuming tasks, and then they send very vague feedback. In EU this kind of practice is called unpaid consulting, and can be penalised by Fair Trade Organization. I recommend to think twice before doing business with Netguru Poland :)

Mr. Michał is a very reliable and conscientious person and has a very comprehensive understanding of the issues of website construction, positioning, support with appropriate tools in promoting the company, planning activities, etc. His FLO Agency is more than just the nth company dealing with this type of matters. He is also an honest and kind man who can be easily treated as a partner in the development of his own business, rather than just a contractor. He is a specific and professional person, but he does not abuse it and does not take advantage of it by charging exorbitant amounts for the services provided.
