A health and wellness app should turn a flood of biometric data into something you can read in a glance. The Luna Health App achieves that by pulling sleep, recovery, and stress data from smart rings into one dashboard instead of a scatter of separate readouts.
The layout is built around hierarchy. A single readiness score sits up top, then respiratory rate, body temperature, sleep, and HRV drop into a clean tile grid, so the most important number reads first and the detail waits below.
Color does the signposting. Orange flags the key metrics and buttons, white opens up breathing room, and charcoal grounds it, so the screens feel energetic and premium without the harsh glare of pure black on orange.
The onboarding sets the tone early. The activation screen pairs a warm gradient and a real hand wearing the ring with a simple gesture-sensitivity slider, so the setup feels tactile rather than technical. For a product turning ring data into daily decisions, an app this calm and legible is the right build.
