A good productivity app helps you catch a problem before it turns into a pileup. Vexto, from Rondesignlab, gives dispatch teams a live view of every bus, taxi, train, and tram in their fleet.
A dark satellite map fills most of the screen, with white route lines and a frosted card showing 87% passenger load. Down the left side, quick counts sort the fleet by type and flag which vehicles are online or offline.
Each bus gets its own card with a clean line drawing and a slider that traces its route from morning to night. Orange marks the delays in the schedule offset table, so late lines jump out against all that gray.
On mobile, the same map fits a phone screen, with warnings like “~180 passengers left behind” pinned right below it. The case study backs the design up with a 62% drop in delay evaluation time, from 8.5 hours down to 3.5.
