So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

We found ourselves in the hands of QBO after our previous accountant merged her practice with theirs. We didn't feel great about the process in working with them for tax prep and pursued other help after one year. Our new accountant caught a major error within minutes of scanning through our QBO filings which cost us well over $2,000 at the time.We followed up with their team to understand how an error like that could have happened. I was assured by the president that he would personally investigate; I never heard back.

Geoff was absolutely incredible. My husband and I ran into some hiccups doing our taxes alone and H&R Block messed up our taxes previously to where we owed money, but then we got to GCK Accounting through a family friend and we cannot say how grateful we are. When you sign up with the CFO group they will give you a Menu of services for the year with costs. They also give you a welcome packet with fine print that says if they feel the need to do additional work for you they will do it and bill you (automatic withdrawl.) We were billed for additional services we did not authorize. Our friends who also use the service were also billed for additional work. Stay clear of them unless you want surprise fees.
