The training department is amazing! Training team really go out to make sure your fit and understand your position within the company. The problem with this company is the operations manager Brian. He will terminate employees for petty reasons like an outage in your area or low quality scores while in training. Your held accountable to quality scores as if your a full or part time employee that has been established in your roll. Dont recommend applying for a position within Continental Message Solutions.

I researched over 40 hotline centers and conducted more than a dozen reference calls before I finally settled on CMS as the solution provider for my company of over 5,000 employees. Both companies are still using the solution and even expanded services. We found ourselves in the hands of QBO after our previous accountant merged her practice with theirs. We didn't feel great about the process in working with them for tax prep and pursued other help after one year. Our new accountant caught a major error within minutes of scanning through our QBO filings which cost us well over $2,000 at the time.We followed up with their team to understand how an error like that could have happened. I was assured by the president that he would personally investigate; I never heard back.

I have used Reps Direct to handle our incoming customer service calls. The agents have been great handling our consumer questions. Our clients retention is 15% higher than the previous call center we used. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Not only does he charge $125 for his services but then tells you the IRS charges 10% of the return. The IRS DOES NOT charge this. Not only that, but he deposited $7,000 of the tax return into his own bank account and won't return the money. He's not answering calls or emails.if you have been defrauded by this crook- Jose Miyares, go to the IRS website and open a fraud investigation report by filing one of the following forms:Form 14242 - - Report Suspected Abusive Tax Promotions or Preparers -Abusive tax promotion or avoidance scheme.Form 14157 - -Return Preparer Complaint -Fraudulent activity or an abusive tax scheme by a tax return preparer or tax preparation company.Form 14157-A - Tax Return Preparer Fraud or Misconduct Affidavit -Tax return preparer filed a return or altered your return without your consent and you are seeking a change to your account. Send this form in addition to Form 14157.If you work here, I highly suggest you leave this company immediately otherwise you are complicit to Jose Miyares fraud and will also be put in jail.I have opened an investigation with the IRS criminal division. Hopefully we can get this company shut down and this crook behind bars where he belongs.
