So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

I have been going to Fireside for years. Brandon does my taxes , Gabby handles our payroll, and Tim is my go to for business questions. The entire staff at Fireside is amazing and as a fellow 2A supporting business I refer them to everyone I know. Their prices are great and they are ALL very knowledgeable. Fireside in my opinion is the best in Canton.

I have been using RKKM for years for my taxes and have been very happy with them. This year has been different. Though I had my information there on 3/3 and met with Bruce on 3/10, a month later I still have no information on my return or how much I owe. He indicated it was " probably a standard return". A phone call from me a month later revealed that they were e-mailing a question to an incorrect address. When they got no response for 2 weeks, they did not try a phone number. Someone other than Bruce was doing my return and did not have the information given to Bruce on the 10th of March. Seems their recent merger adversely effected their communications. In a week I have to mail in my return. I still do not know if I owe $6, $600 or $6000.

I love the service at Data Service Center, much easier to work with than the big companies like PayChex or ADP, where they are constantly changing your account managers. Data Service Center is always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We just moved from a using a Time Clock to an APP, all which is thru Data Services - the employees like it and the transition has gone smoothly.

Overall Excellent Service, worthy of flowers! We have most valued the CPA help with our accounting, month end reviews, and help with making informed financial decisions for our organization. Kirsch would earn 5 stars if they improved on the payroll side communicating the additional "hidden" costs. For us, we are a small non-profit, and the cost for this service has increased significantly. Expect additional charges for phone calls and email correspondence even if you have a managed service plan for payroll. We have certainly needed the support this year and appreciate the team at Kirsch!
