Jamie, the dispatcher was prompt and communicative.I sent my Epson 5040UBE home theater projector to Great Lakes as they are an authorized repair center. After sending it in for a $100 estimate September 12, on October 13 I received word that my barely used $3000 projector was not worth repairing. I requested its return. All in, $180 wasted.But this projector has known issues, according to the blogs.Time for a second opinion from a center in Texas. The same day they received it I was quoted $629 for parts and a flat $100 for labor for the 'simple" fix. It'll be back in 3 days.Lesson learned.

The worst I.T. managed service provider that I've had the displeasure of working for. They will send you on a client site prior to even having you in their employee database, then fault you when you attempt to make sure you are even being paid for your time.Avoid doing business with these people at literally any cost.UPDATE: 10/21/2020: 6 days after payday, and guess who wasn't paid? This company is a joke at best.

Okay, I don’t know why the autism speaks rules or techniques are so absurdly misunderstood. If you speak as I do there’s literally no reason a person with long time Asperger’s syndrome symptoms get treated with chaos, like if I have Asperger’s or autism, I’d be considered disabled. The autism speaks rules basically state the autistic person needs explicit rules explained without being given surprises or kind of “casual abuse”. No, this happened to me on various teams. Why? Or who is telling these rules as if that’s correct at all? I’d like to know.For years, I’m gonna I’m lucky and I hold zero animosity towards anyone. The autistic person or community might have HPA axis stress dysregulation as a feature of the condition. I can’t speak for anyone else, I’m pretty sure a stress dysregulated person needs less stress or surprises especially when it comes work. Just tell me to work one something. I was already autistic burnout when I worked here. Not trivial.I’m now realizing I can work on it. At the time I couldn’t even understand what I was doing exactly. It doesn’t spontaneously occur. Anyone that uses or loses functioning especially with facial expressions like me. It takes real work, gradual change not 100% perfect spontaneously. I get why people say it’s not real, I just need better health. I think that’s my downfall. I studied and worked on my knowledge but never my physical ability or health. I learned, thankfully. Some live and die, never knowing what happened. I’m thank I’m not, my brother was. It’s okay. It’s not for anyone to feel sorry about or tell me they sympathize or empathize. It is true though. So, before people use the crazy rules, just living and dying never knowing what caused so much damage to your life. That sucks.

Getting assistance is a challenge, with long wait times and unhelpful responses that fail to resolve issues efficiently. Their technical support lacks expertise, often leaving problems unresolved or requiring multiple follow-ups. Their contracts are riddled with price-escalating auto-renew clauses, making it difficult to escape increasing costs without significant hassle. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM COMDOC!!!

Negative 1 star!! They delivered our new multi-function copier and said we had to call tech support to set it up over the phone. It has been 18 months and I still can't print without going into the settings on the actual copier machine itself and changing the tray. More than half the time I have to delete the job due to job errors. When I call Xerox for support they tell me the drivers may be the problem and I need to hire an I.T. person even though we have a maintenance contract with ComDoc.Also, look out for the fine print in your maintenance agreement under supplies. They authorize themselves to charge a monthly freight fee of $5.95 even when you have not placed an order. We have only ordered toner once, yet we are stuck paying $5.95 every month. Never again will we order anything from ComDoc or ever recommend them to anyone.

I can't rave about Brent enough. I took over a business that had a failing WIFI network and expected to spend big money resurrecting it. Within minutes of posting the job online to a bidding website, Brent called and somehow diagnosed the problem over the phone. He was at our business within a day to fix the problem. The fix was quite simple, replacing one piece of hardware and doing some on-site networking. Within minutes, the WIFI was blazing fast and reached further than it ever had before. He even returned old equipment he found in a storage room to UPS to be sent to our ISP AND called our ISP to get everything set up for us!!! He saved us hundreds of dollars of repairs but assessing our current situation rather than trying to install a brand new network. And, the savings continue each month as he reduced our need for two WIFI accounts/networks/bills to just one. Brent did amazing work and I will definitely call him for any networking needs in the future.

Impact I had to call Gen pact a week or so ago concerning a job offer. Only it really wasn't a legitimate job offer. The lady who answered my phone call, knew immediately what was going on and explained to me she was very sympathetic and apologetic on what happened. One of the major career forms that millions of people use to look for a job happen to have a breach of security.Which ultimately led to false jobs being offered. I had waited over a week and thought that things seemed off.They were aware of the problem and took care of it.
