We have been with Wiss for about (11) years now, so I believe we know their firm fairly well. At the start, they immediately saved us a considerable amount of tax liability in Year 1 and moving forward over the years. As we are a global corporation with many subsidiaries, they also made some recommendations as far as restructuring to take advantage of other more technical issues. We primarily use Wiss for our annual general accounting audit, tax preparations and filings, and 401K audit. They also assist from time to time regarding international related issues. As with many companies, changes of personnel do occur from time to time, but they have always made these as seamless as possible. We have also experienced Federal and State audits, which they have also guided us thru from A to Z. In summary, we value Wiss as a partner with our company and have always experienced a very positive, professional and full service relationship.

Having been with Wiss for over 5 years now, Paul, Jim and the rest of the staff have been amazing. I have had two other accounting firms in the past and neither were as attentive or engaging as they are at Wiss. The team at Wiss got my business onto an online platform that has made my accounting a breeze. There have been several occasions where I needed clarification and had difficulty with certain aspects of my quickbooks account and they were able to rectify them within 1 business day. As a busy owner running a company, I feel great knowing the accounting aspect and tax planning is in great hands. One less thing I need to be concerned with which allows me to concentrate on growing my business. I would highly recommend them and have personally done so with family, friends and colleagues.

I found an amazing CPA! Stephanie is seriously the best - easily 5 stars! She's super quick to respond whenever I message her with questions. No jargon, just clear advice. She also saved us from a total nightmare with the Florida Department of Revenue. We were completely stuck until she stepped in and sorted it all out! Update June 2023: Steph has done my biz, personal, and trust taxes for years now. I don’t trust anyone else. She is phenomenal with her customer service, fair pricing, and attention to detail. Also she responds to you and communicates. Note that I’m very particular about who I work with and Stephanie exceeds my expectations every time. I did stray one year and went to someone else who did not do a good job and charged me double the price. That I regret and back with Taxes Tampa now!

Not bad for taxes. Communication is horrid and nobody knows what’s going on. They act like they do, but they don’t. They prioritize “keeping clients” over quality and trust. Not for nothing but there always seems to be some kind of excuse for why they can’t help me. They should hire more staff instead of putting me down. It causes me more stress. Not good for business solutions if you’re looking for clarity. They could do a lot better if they were more “real” with clients.

CSI Accounting may try to spin this by saying they offered me a new accountant or that taking onboarding fees from my account—after our relationship was terminated—was warranted. It was not. The truth: I received no tax advice, no business guidance, and no real onboarding. The only thing they provided was payroll, which I paid for separately. My assigned tax person came to our meeting without reviewing my file, admitted to being new to the systems, and openly struggled to use them. Charging me for this is indefensible. Withholding services, then helping themselves to my business account after termination, destroyed any trust. Whatever they claim, the fact is simple: I paid for services I never received. I hired CSI Accounting to support my business with the expectation of receiving high-quality service based on their confident promises. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite the strong sales pitch, they failed to deliver on key aspects of their service. When I raised concerns and requested a fair negotiation regarding payment for services that were never rendered, they abruptly ended our relationship “effective immediately.” I then began formally disputing those charges through my American Express account. Rather than respond to the dispute in good faith or allow the process to play out, CSI took an entirely inappropriate step: they bypassed the dispute process and directly accessed my business checking account—without my consent—to withdraw the same funds. This withdrawal occurred more than a week after our business relationship had already been terminated and without any form of authorization from me. I did not give permission for this transaction, and their actions represent a serious breach of both trust and professional ethics.
