I've had a great experience working with Data Prism. I've worked with Usman and the team multiple times and hope to keep working with them in the future. I am a software engineer and data scientist by training, and when I am resource constrained I know I can go to Data Prism to get support building out projects. They consider the ideas I bring, incorporate their own expertise, and build great tools to support the business. On this project we were using expensive third-party services and switching between different sites to get property details, and the data was still incomplete and inaccurate. Now we can type in an address and instantly get the owner details, the value, and the full history of any property. It works across all of our markets (20+ counties in 5 states) and handles the tricky condo units as well. One of Data Prism's biggest strengths is web scraping. They are great at pulling data from sites that are traditionally challenging, using strategies like proxy rotation, headless browsers such as Puppeteer and Selenium for dynamic content, and the standard techniques needed to get past common rate limits and web firewalls. Clear communication, timely delivery, and high-quality work make Data Prism an ideal data and automation partner for any business. Would love to work with them again.

Been in water treatment for a long time, RO systems, softeners, iron removal, valves, the works, but our website never reflected any of that properly before this project. Mindrops rebuilt everything from zero, splitting products by segment, residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, agricultural, so customers actually land on what is relevant to them instead of scrolling through everything. Certifications like ISO, NSF, WQA are shown clearly too, which matters a lot when a municipal client is deciding whether to trust a vendor or not. Project is still ongoing honestly, we keep adding case studies and new product entries as things come up. Somewhere in the middle, content approvals got a bit messy since our team kept revising specs, cost us close to two extra weeks on a few product pages, mostly our own doing though. Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

Novah by Akankshaa sells crystal jewellery and gift sets, and most people pick a piece because of what it means to them. Our old way of selling, which was mostly Instagram, did not show that at all. Mindrops built the complete ecommerce website for us, right from grouping the products to putting it live. Collections were set up as Signature Bracelets, Crystal Mixels, Luxury Line, Trims & Charms and Sets & Gifting, plus a second way to shop based on things like Abundance & Wealth or Calm & Clarity. Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

We paid $117,000 across two contracts $68,000 for development and $49,000 for marketing to Naked Development for a consumer-ready iOS and Android app and a full marketing funnel.They delivered neither.We originally requested delivery by Black Friday, the most critical sales window for a parent-focused consumer app. Naked Development proposed December as an alternative. That deadline was their own suggestion. They missed it. We extended to January, then February, then April, then issued a formal written Notice of Breach before giving them one final deadline the following June. Every deadline was missed. We were over 300% over timeline.When we finally handed the codebase to a second development firm, the app would not build on either iOS or Android. We paid thousands just to get it running enough to assess the damage. The contracted team was never fully assembled. Tickets were put on hold without explanation. Subscription management, the most critical feature of the app, was broken for months and never fixed by Naked.The commercial video Naked produced was unusable by launch, as cultural references had gone stale during the delay.We are software engineers who have led teams of over 100. These were not minor issues. They were basic, objective engineering failures.When we raised breach concerns with founder John Driscoll, his response was "let's just let our lawyers talk about it."We are aware of more than a dozen other former clients who experienced similar issues. I hired Naked Development in 2022 to build a new version of my mobile app. I paid $203,000 upfront (spread over six months essentially everything I had saved from my first year in business), and was told the app would be completed in five months, by Fall 2022.Instead, the project turned into nearly a year of delays, almost done updates, and declining involvement from their team. My very small internal team and I ended up doing much of the project management and QA work ourselves because progress had stalled so severely. Despite constant reassurances, no functional product was ever delivered.By mid-2023, I hired multiple external development teams to assess the code. Every single one independently concluded that the app was non-functional, unstable, not scalable, and could not be launched. They warned it would crash immediately and required a complete rebuild. I then hired a neutral third-party auditor with zero connection to any agency and his report confirmed the same findings.After paying over $200K, I had nothing usable. When I factored in delays, internal time lost, expert audits, and the cost of rebuilding from scratch, the financial impact to my business exceeded $500,000.After multiple attempts to resolve the situation privately were unsuccessful, I filed a lawsuit, which is now a matter of public record (Superhuman Inc. v. Naked Development). The case is set for trial in early 2026. While litigation is never something a founder hopes for, at a certain point it became the only responsible path given the evidence and the financial damage.I strongly recommend extreme caution when considering this agency.
