We brought Litslink in to build RIV — a GPT-powered AI task planning assistant for our product management team. Before the engagement, our PMs were spending 30–45 minutes per request manually rewriting briefs into Jira tickets, and risk blind spots kept surfacing after deadlines had already slipped.Litslink designed a three-pipeline AI system covering task decomposition, risk prediction, and named entity extraction — all integrated directly with our existing PostgreSQL stack and Jira workflow.
