My experience with the interview process was mixed. I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion. The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated. I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling. My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style. Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

In 2017 we had an exceptionally dissatisfying data science consulting experience with the Tredence team in Silicon Valley and India. In summary, lots of over-promises, questionable expertise and practices, requests for more payments (rising from their own mis-judgements of timelines), casually missed deadlines, lack of understanding of basics of data science, NLP, machine learning, statistics and coding. Tredence has worked with us on a couple of predictive modeling projects for over a year without the meaningful deliverables. This is not the first feedback; and I truly hope their management has fixed the issues, raised values/ethics and has taken such complaint as a gift to act upon and clean up the practices. The "excellent" reviews from avatars (with no history) are doubtful and come across as biased and/or unreal. The legitimate reviews from client companies carry the most impact. Hopefully, this review is helpful for others in leveling their expectations.

Never go forward with this recruiting company they just take candidates for granted They had me interviewed for three rounds even the client was satisfied and said that he will go forward with me but later I recieved a mail saying some internal candidate was hired I was ok even with that A few days later they approached me for another client the same thing happened the client was ok with me and sent a positive feedback Later the same mail saying that some internal candidate was hired I just don’t understand the concept of taking these pointless interviews of me If they were to hire some one internally

I worked for Zillion Technologies remotely for almost 3 years as a Technical Recruiter. This is by far the best place I have ever worked. Never in my life have I ever worked ANYWHERE where I was treated like an adult, with respect and dignity, taken seriously for my experience, my efforts, my input, my thoughts and opinions, my suggestions, and my own health and personal life. Once COVID hit, I struggled hard with mental health and being able to keep up with my work, and I fell behind for a long while. But they were more than patient with me and understanding, and offered ways of helping me to not only succeed, but to all around just feel better and mentally be okay. The day the CEO wanted to speak to ME about MY thoughts or suggestions, I felt on top of the world. I felt so seen, heard, listened to, acknowledged, appreciated, RESPECTED. CEO's or higher ups in general are notorious for not taking their lower level employees all too seriously, or remembering they are even human beings at all, and I am more than familiar with this, but Zillion is absolutely nothing like that. Not even once in my time with them. Eventually my mental health and working remotely were not going hand in hand, and I was unable to continue with the company as I was falling behind trying to handle my own crazy life. I only say all this now, a year later after leaving Zillion, because I am sitting at my desk right now at my current place of employment, thinking about how insignificant I feel here, how demeaning my job feels, and how I can't even afford more than rent and food for just one person, and all I can think about is how good I had it with Zillion. I had everything I needed to have the perfect life I always wanted, and it was because of Zillion Technologies. I will never forget this titan of a company who saw me as a human being, and treated me as such. And the support I received from my teammates will always be held dear to my heart. I will always and forever have supreme opinion and memory of my time with Zillion, and I wish Anthony, his family, at home and with the company, all the happiness and success in the world. Intelliswift is a great contracting agency! My client representative is Jyothi, and she helped me land a great job when I really needed it. Throughout the process, she checked in frequently and helped push my paperwork through quickly (less than 2 weeks). After starting my role, she made the extra effort to meet and chat to get to know me, and vice versa. This is a very rare quality, as my previous contracting agency only met the bare minimum of communication with me. Moreover, payroll and HR are very responsive as well. I had a 1:1 orientation so I was able to have all my questions answered. Overall, a great company to be engaged with.

I looked into different solutions for Analytics & dashboards for our organization to help senior leadership make informed decisions based on dispersed data we harness in various systems. Being a Microsoft shop, narrowed the choice down to Power BI as a tool to design key dashboards. After talking to different vendors to assist us with this project, we decided to work with Whitecap. It was the best decision I made. Daryl Yanga was assigned to work with us on this project. Daryl & my team had several meetings with the key stakeholders to understand requirements for this project and narrowed down the key KPIs for the 2 dashboards. Having technical expertise inhouse, my team designed the data model and back-end data structure, while working very closely with Daryl on key deliverables. Using Agile practices & keeping the stakeholders involved at every major milestone, the dashboards were delivered on time and within budget. Also, as per agreement knowledge transfer was done to my technical team to help us support ongoing development & maintenance. Although continuing development and maintenance is done inhouse, we still have an ongoing relationship with Whitecap to work on any future projects and/or for any assistance required. I would highly recommend Whitecap!
