We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided. They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless. My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

My company has worked with Softweb Solutions for creating a solution that we required for our manufacturing plants. Their team visited our factories to analyze our current machinery, and then they started with the POC project. We were highly satisfied with the proposed solution and decided to move further. Now, our company is one of the proud clients of Softweb Solutions.

I’ve attended one of the events that they organized on Smart City. They organize a lot of events at their office, where they discuss about some of the trending technologies. The session that I attended was really good and speakers discussed many aspects of IoT-enabled smart city, which were previously unknown to me. Looking forward to attend some other events in the future.

Really solid experience with GenXAI Analytics. We needed help with our Anaplan setup and they got it done without the usual back-and-forth headaches. The team actually listened before jumping to solutions, which isn't as common as you'd hope. Would work with them again.

Title: Challenging Work Environment with Leadership and Culture ConcernsCons:-Significant internal politics, especially between teams across different locations, which impacts collaboration and moraleDecision-making is heavily centralized, leading to a lack of balanced representation across officesFeedback from employees is often overlooked; leadership tends to enforce top-down decisions rather than encourage open dialogueSeveral key leadership members have left recently, creating uncertainty and instability within teamsAppraisal cycles are delayed, causing frustration among employeesLimited visibility of new projects or growth opportunities, raising concerns about long-term prospectsThere appears to be an expectation for new employees to post public reviews about the company shortly after joining. At such an early stage, most individuals do not yet have enough exposure to provide meaningful feedback, and this can create unnecessary pressureAdvice to Management:Create a more open and trust-based culture where employees feel comfortable sharing feedback without pressure. Avoid encouraging or expecting reviews from new joiners before they have sufficient experience with the organization. Focus on improving internal culture and employee experience authentic feedback will follow naturally.

Working at Inferenz has truly been a rewarding experience! What stands out the most is the incredible work culture — it’s not just a workplace, it feels like a space where people genuinely care about each other. The environment is cozy, supportive, and encourages you to bring your best self every day. There are abundant opportunities to learn and grow, whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your skills. The team and leadership actively promote continuous learning, which makes a huge difference. One of my favorite aspects is the strong emphasis on work-life balance — something that’s often talked about but rarely practiced this well.I also really appreciate the thoughtful initiatives taken for employee well-being. From workshops focused on physical health to sessions supporting mental wellness, it’s clear that the organization values holistic growth, not just professional output.Overall, Inferenz is a place where you can grow, feel valued, and enjoy the journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a positive and enriching work environment!
