We approached tkxel to rebuild our legacy platform, and they handled the task with focus and professionalism. Their PMs were organized and proactive, and their engineers delivered high-quality code. What really stood out was their long-term mindset—they clearly value partnership over just getting the project done.

We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided. They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless. My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

To comply with ever increasing corporate-client demands, we recently worked with Ibrahim and the team at Intrix Cyber Security to conduct a security audit of our system and to pass Pen Testing of our key applications. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional customer service. They were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They conducted an in-depth analysis of our applications to identify potential vulnerabilities and provided us with a detailed report of their findings as well as actionable recommendations on how best to address them. They were always available to answer our questions and worked with us through the remediation process. We highly recommend Intrix to anyone in need of such services. Their expertise and customer service were exceptional, and after all the “inconvenient” (and by that I mean pain-in-the-arse) hard work, they helped us improve our security narrative and certification to the level where we are now able to tout such credentials as a competitive advantage in our space.

I cannot recommend Intrix enough! As a member of the board at a local school, we recently hired them to conduct a comprehensive security audit, and the results were nothing short of exceptional. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in identifying potential vulnerabilities in our systems and providing actionable recommendations to address them. They took the time to explain their findings and recommendations in a way that was easy for us to understand, which was greatly appreciated. The team at Intrix truly went above and beyond to ensure the security and privacy of our students, staff, and faculty. Their attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to our organization's security needs were second to none. We are so grateful for their partnership and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch cyber security consulting services. Thank you again for everything, Intrix!
