      This company over communicates when they want your business and ghost you after the contract is signed. There is no way to reach these people. They don't respond to emails. If you call the main number you go in circles talking to a robot that hangs up. I have left voicemails in every line I could be connected. This company is a sales company only. They offer no sever and no value. Use any other company possible. I cant even reach them to cancel at this point.

      If only Zero or half stars was an option. First BC is NOT an insurance company, they’re the “manager or as they call themselves advocates” for in my case Aetna. BC claims to be patient advocates yet it appears that they don’t know the meaning of the word. They do not understand the plan(s), much less have they read the agreement with my employer and their customer service is substandard! They fumble around giving false, misleading or just wrong information, example advocate Missy or Misty. Sadly I’ve had to deal with BC as they manage my health care plan Aetna for over 27yrs. It appears their primary goal is to avoid and deny claims! To have a claim “reviewed” it takes an act of congress and a lot of phone calls. I was promised a head supervisors phone call within 72hrs thats well over 300 hrs ago, thankfully I didn’t hold my breath!! Sadly, I’m stuck with this three ring circus and clown show. Boon Chapman should be ashamed..
