What a horrible experience with this company. As a contractor, you are told the payment should be made in 8-10 business days, then no money comes in. I am still waiting for payment only to be told there's a lag that should have been caught. I've been speaking to the agents almost everyday and you get blanket shallow responses.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've had working with a payment tech provider. Came to them on the recommendation of ADP and chose to work with them because their pricing was more competitive than Deel, but I can assure you the savings is NOT worth 30x the headaches you can expect working with Globalization Partners. During the onboarding I was continually told how great the customer service is compared to Deel. I can also assure you that is NOT my experience. The live chat support is simply a warm body who knows absolutely nothing except for how to file a support ticket on your behalf so that someone who might know what to do can chime in. It takes FOREVER for your contractors to get their payment. It's been 11 days now since I approved payment for one of my contractors. It took 7 days for the payment to to be marked as "Paid" in their system (even though they drafted my account the same day I approved the invoice). 4 days later the contractor has still not received payment. Just awful service. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra $ that Deel charges. Your blood pressure will thank you for it.

I usually try and refrain from these types of reviews as I understand the unexpected challenges of running a business as an entrepreneur myself but this experience has been absolutely unacceptable. Any type of communication has been reactive and not proactive and I have staff members waiting on payments that I sent to them WEEKS ago. They had an option to pay contractors by connecting with Wise which was seamless but the moment they got greedy and chose to use their own bank transfer process everything became a disaster. Nobody seems to know what is going on but the only thing certain is they have my money and my staff is upset with me because they haven't received payment. I am left to deal with the after effects of their negligence and no sort of recourse has been offered. Highly disappointing.

I'm a proofreader, copy editor, and writer, and during many years as a freelancer, I worked with Vitamin T and their sister agency, Aquent, both in Boston and in Denver. I've worked with other staffing agencies that specialize in creative talent, too, but my best experiences have been with Vitamin T/Aquent. They have consistently been communicative, respectful, helpful, and savvy businesspeople. Since May, I'm no longer a freelancer, because I've gone permanent with a position that Vitamin T found for me. I can't say enough good things about Vitamin T!

Working with Ryanne and her team was a blast. I quickly landed a dream job as a UI Developer in Boston where I do what I love. I had several recruiters contacting me via LinkedIn (including Vitamin T), but I quickly realized that Vitamin T was who I wanted to deal with. Within days, I was set up on a technical interview with an expert in the industry (hired by Vitamin T) who got a feel of where I was regarding experience and enthusiasm. The result of that interview gave Vitamin T a much better understanding of where I would best fit in. Highly recommended.

I had a brief phone interview, then rec'd an email indicating they would like me to fill out the attached forms, return them and I will be contacted for an interview. I received a email letter indicating the day and time of interview.I sent in all requested documents. The work authorization information wasn't approved. I called the Recruiter; I needed a second form of work authorization. The process took a couple of emails, but I didn't experience any lengthy time frame. It was getting closer to the interview day.Contract recruiters are very busy and they were working on several contracts for the local universities, Follet bookstores. At the interview there were 15 people there (it was how the university choose to interview).NXTThing also handled the payroll and payment. That went very smoothly, I set-up direct deposit.After the contract project ended, NXTThing sent me a Thank You letter and will keep my information on file for other projects.This is all excellent customer service.

I took a couple of courses at Unique System Skills LLC, and it was a great experience. The instructors were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer questions. The sessions are recorded, so you can always go back and review them if needed — which is a big plus.That said, be prepared to put in extra time outside of class. You’ll need to do additional self-study and practice on your own to be fully ready for certification exams.
