Both had similar remarks and private messages regarding Sarkis that they allowed me to read. They asked me not to write this review, but the messages were so incredulously inflammatory -- it's unfair not to share their experience with Sarkis.We all approach business differently.We all come from different backgrounds.We all onboard clients differently.We all have different business models.Perhaps as thorough as we all are -- we aren't perfect and there's something that we might forget.We're human.We all have our strengths.We have hurried days with timelines to meet and pressures.But the inflammatory messages from Sarkis to our most valued partners that we've worked with for so long -- it's just unthinkable.Some of us when we're upset, we release rage.Some of us when we're upset, we step away, and come back to seek resolution.Some of us, bring in a third party, to create neutrality.But the messages from Sarkis, which I asked permission to have a copy of -- is not communications that should come from a leader in business [even when upset].Sarkis, you crossed the line, and you went personal and way below the belt.Be encouraged to seek understanding.Be encouraged to know that you're not the most knowledgeable person in your field.We had your work checked and reviewed.I've taken the courtesy to apologize for the dagger of your words Sarkis.Be mindful that written messages are passed on to other business owners and business leaders.Respectfully shared.And small business clients we know in your area, we will pay, pro bono, for them to use another agency.

We hired soul pepper to build our agency website a few years back. Their team didn’t deliver in the early stages of the process, man-splained their shortcomings, passed us around to different employees and refused to return the $10k deposit. We paid $10k, they did a few hours of work and we didn’t receive anything in return. I’ve worked with dozens of developers to build out our designs for hundreds of websites and this is the only bad experience we’ve had.
