We met with a valued business client in Canada. We met with another valued relationship we have with another business in California. Both had similar remarks and private messages regarding Sarkis that they allowed me to read. They asked me not to write this review, but the messages were so incredulously inflammatory -- it's unfair not to share their experience with Sarkis.We all approach business differently.We all come from different backgrounds.We all onboard clients differently.We all have different business models.Perhaps as thorough as we all are -- we aren't perfect and there's something that we might forget.We're human.We all have our strengths.We have hurried days with timelines to meet and pressures.But the inflammatory messages from Sarkis to our most valued partners that we've worked with for so long -- it's just unthinkable.Some of us when we're upset, we release rage.Some of us when we're upset, we step away, and come back to seek resolution.Some of us, bring in a third party, to create neutrality.But the messages from Sarkis, which I asked permission to have a copy of -- is not communications that should come from a leader in business [even when upset].Sarkis, you crossed the line, and you went personal and way below the belt.Be encouraged to seek understanding.Be encouraged to know that you're not the most knowledgeable person in your field.We had your work checked and reviewed.I've taken the courtesy to apologize for the dagger of your words Sarkis.Be mindful that written messages are passed on to other business owners and business leaders.Respectfully shared.And small business clients we know in your area, we will pay, pro bono, for them to use another agency.

As a new business, one of our biggest challenges was creating an appealing brand and marketing this brand. The Business Clinic was able to create a beautiful brand for us - they designed our logo, website, brochure, marketing materials, letterheads, etc. We could not have done all of these without them. It was great for us not to have to worry about branding and marketing and be able to focus on other areas of our operations. It was such a delight working with Sarkis. First, he is very knowledgeable in marketing strategies, and we learned a lot from him. He pays a lot of attention to detail, which we absolutely love; his communication is great, he responds to our enquiries/concerns in a timely manner, and he is such a great people person. It's a pleasure working with him. If you need a company that can create a beautiful brand and market it it to your target audience, then I would recommend The Business Clinic. I will continue to work with them and will never hesitate to recommend them.

It was such a wonderful experience getting to work with Matt. From the very beginning, the personal touch and attention to detail that Matt demonstrated impressed us. Matt took the time to get to know us, as a couple, in order to create an experience and video that was designed to match our unique relationship, values, and personalities. He was also very accommodating and flexible when we had to change our ceremony date due to COVID restrictions.The day-of experience was a delight, and Matt was so helpful in guiding us as needed, particularly during the wedding formals. We also appreciated how well he worked with our officiant and other vendors to take care of the details proactively.The videos themselves (highlights, ceremony, and speeches) were so impressive - they look incredible, and it was so much fun to watch them yesterday and relive that day. Matt captured everything so beautifully and wonderfully; he has incredible vision and talent and we are extremely thankful. We would certainly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a videographer to capture their special day.

Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with!!! Not only was he so detailed in his work, he took the time to actually get to know my husband and I. We just seen a teaser of our video and the work is impeccable! The lighting, angles, transitions, etc. everything you would expect from a movie trailer!! He is so talented and extremely professional.
