Thecon company with 2 employees who took advantage of my urgent need for a website and tricked me with a website that any student would make for free. They "worked" on it for a month, while I paid a significant amount. Pay close attention to the Contract because it doesn't include anything that was discussed at the beginning! I order something and wake up with something else and the reply "it's not in the contract". They promised me a temporary presentation website (FREE) while they work on the contracted website, "it'll be done in an hour" and I haven't received anything to this day (I come back to the statement, I received it in my money account), not to mention the contracted website (an archive of a few MB, yes they worked hard and took a month on it), then they claim that the money paid is for the presentation website. Everything I asked them for in the first discussion, they now say that it can be done, but with other money, "money sent in advance (the entire contracted amount) was spent, because work was done" - on a template bought online. The discussion was initially held with an employee, who then placed us with another employee saying that he had sent everything to his colleague, that he was on vacation and could not handle it. The second employee (I understood that I am not allowed to disclose their names although everyone should know who they work with), sent a framework contract with an appendix and a link, I thought that was what I had discussed (there is a document with my requests written by the first employee I discussed with), if I knew what that link represented and what they meant in the appendix, I was an IT engineer and I would make my own website. Both employees admitted that they had never made a website like that before, they only made online stores, then I found out. Focusing on fonts and colors, because that was important! The site in the dual currency of lei and euro, was not important! The submenus were not important! The arrangement on the page was not important! ETC! I did not comment on the price from the beginning, it could have been anything the first time, but then you say that "you still need money for this and that", "it can be done but you need a new site and that costs double"! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! AVOID!I WILL ALSO EDIT YOUR ANSWER FOR YOUR ANSWER TO OUR REVIEW:-"including all the information discussed" IS NOT TRUE! NOTHING OF WHAT WE DISCUSSED ON AUG. WAS ATTACHED TO THE CONTRACT.-"on October 10th, communication became more difficult, and your requirements changed significantly from those initially agreed upon" I SAW THAT NOTHING OF WHAT WE ASKED IN THE INITIAL DOCUMENT WAS RESPECTED, WHICH WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT, AND IT IS NORMAL THAT WE NO LONGER UNDERSTAND-"The template used was customized according to the initial requirements, and any additional changes requested later involved additional costs. THERE WAS NOTHING OF WHAT WE ASKED IN THE FIRST TIME, WE DID NOT REQUEST ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGES TO WHAT WE ASKED IN THE FIRST DOCUMENT/DISCUSSION. WE ASKED FOR A TOTAL PRICE FOR A FUNCTIONAL SITE ACCORDING TO THE DISCUSSION, TO WHICH WE ALSO ADDED (AGAINST NORMAL COST!) SOME MORE OFFERS FROM OTHER COMPANIES OF A FEW THOUSAND EUROS (money that came to you for the work done), THE FIRST EMPLOYEE DID NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AND THAT, RIGHT? BUT YOU STILL TRY TO MISLEAD US WITH A CONTRACT THAT DOESN'T RESPECT ANYTHING WE ASKED FOR. WITH A STUDENT SITE WITH SOME FUNCTIONALITIES.YOU'RE RIGHT, WE SIGNED A CONTACT NOT KNOWING WHAT ANNEX 1 WITH THE LINK AND TERMS OF IT REPRESENTED, TO WHICH THE FIRST DOCUMENT WITH THE DISCUSSION AND OUR REQUESTS WAS NOT ATTACHED.
