Horrible customer service! No support from billing or tech support. It is not at all what the web page was purported to be, there is no dashboard to make simple changes, and billing is a joke. No one answers their calls except sales. Very slick presentation and you are stuck with bills that keep coming-BEWARE. I have been with them over 2 years and we are sold on the fact that the website is always ours.

Avoid this company at all cost. This company took 4 long months to develop our e-commerce website, the delays and technical problems we've experienced resulted to missed sales opportunities and frustrating setbacks. Despite the delays, the website is still faulty resulting to customers messaging us that they cannot use the website to order. They gave a solution to remove the additional like the pop up ads etc. that was probably causing the poor performance of the website however they do not want to refund the additional payments that we paid. P156,000 for a faulty, poor performance website is not worth it plus the stress that they will give you.

I recently applied for the Senior QA Automation Engineer position at iScale Solutions and was promptly sent a technical assessment, which included both manual and automation exams. I dedicated my entire weekend to completing the assessment, putting in my best effort to showcase my skills and suitability for the role.However, after submitting the assessment, I waited patiently for an update on my application status. Unfortunately, despite receiving confirmation of the assessment's receipt, I did not hear back from the recruiter for an entire week. Despite reaching out via email and text message to inquire about the status of my application, I did not receive a single response.As a candidate, I understand that not every application will lead to success, and I'm perfectly fine with that outcome. What's crucial, though, is clear and timely communication from the hiring team. Even if the outcome was unfavorable, a simple acknowledgment of my efforts and feedback on the assessment would have been greatly appreciated.This lack of communication reflects poorly on the professionalism and respect that should be extended to all candidates. While I value transparency in the recruitment process, I was disappointed by the complete silence from iScale Solutions' recruitment team.In the future, I hope iScale Solutions and its recruiters prioritize better communication practices to ensure a more positive candidate experience. Clear and timely updates, even if it's to convey disappointing news, can make a significant difference in how candidates perceive the company and its hiring process.
