Without a doubt, an excellent experience. The project was followed down to the smallest detail, from the initial explanation of our needs to the perfect import of the vast amount of data we had in a thousand Excel spreadsheets. Delivery was very quick, even a few days earlier than expected (which was, after all, a very short timeframe). Immediate post-sales support for the countless changes that annoying customers like me require. Now I have a work tool that allows me to monitor all my business activities at an excellent price, much lower than "renowned" solutions. I also used the email integration to quickly import new leads. Greenmouse Technology has displayed some of the worst behavior I’ve seen from a supposed tech company. A developer I know gave them his best, completed his notice period with professionalism, and instead of honoring their part of the agreement, they chose to ghost him. No responses, no payment, blocked his number, ignored every attempt at contact — and to top it all off, they instructed security not to let him into the premises. This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s disgraceful. No serious business should operate like this. Stay far away.
