I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

Update: We are still with Be Structured and they continue to do excellent work. I constantly receive sales calls asking to pitch for IT work, and we always turn them away because Be Structured continues to provide excellent and knowledgeable service.With the COVID-19 situation, we had to take precautions and move our staff to remote status quickly. Be Structured came through for us. Chad worked on a plan with us, and got it motion. Even with unforeseen hurdles, they got us to the end goal in record time. They are knowledgeable and came through in a time of crisis.

Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do not make me feel silly for not being tech savvy. They are very supportive. I was very impressed, this morning I had to restart the router, and I asked if he wanted me to call back once it had rebooted. He said he would wait because they were experiencing high call volumes, and he did not want me to get put back into the rotation, so he held while it rebooted. That actually solved my issue. Jeremy at Align Tek delivered my new printer/scanner/fax machine yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about his help. He made sure that I understood the functions on my new machine and he made sure that all functions worked properly before he left. He was patient as I am not tech savvy and made sure I could operate the machine with good knowledge. Jeremy is always kind, very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure he explains everything or corrects the issue as promptly as possible. This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.

I had them hang 2 televisions, on which they did an excellent job.My computer was slow so I asked him to fix that. I happen to live far from his shop, so it took a while to receive the computer. They ended up doing diagnosis, virus removal and a full reboot for $150.00. I like to support family businesses, and this is one I would recommend.

I brought my computer in because a hinge broke on my laptop and pulled out my wifi wire. I told them what was wrong with the computer and exactly that. They called me back and said it would require a $75 diagnostic fee to figure out what needs to be done. I responded with that I already know what needs to be done and no diagnostic will be required. So I picked up my computer and they told me it would be 2-3 hours of labor to fix (even though they did not "diagnose" it). Obviously they did in the 10 minutes that it had been dropped off. I took it home and with never have taking a laptop apart before, I fixed it in 40 minutes. They are just out for a buck and not the customer.

They are very slow at resolving issues when tickets are reported. I have been waiting 11 days for their technician to update my firewall to show the logging information for security threats.
