We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

it took almost 2 months to replace a fan in my computer. was forced to buy a replacement pc because of how long they took for a job that would make any other repair shop ashamed for taking longer than a week.these guys will probably give you the run around. i've had 3 different experiences with them, and they gave me the run around every time about replacing parts, not having them on hand, and having trouble with delivery. too convenient to happen 3 times in a row for me.on top of all of this, they never reached out to me for any updates on my repair. they would only SOMETIMES call back if i called to leave a message first. i would generally expect any communication for any delays in an order.i would recommend going to another shop if you're able to.

My Apple laptop, 11 years old, would not activate and has been in the dark for over a year 😪. Took it to BEST BUY to see if they could repair, but they could not.My neighbor recommended Nerd Crossing. Took my laptop for a consult and Eric took a good look at it. Extremely disappointing experience as a former employee.While the owner responded to my original review with personal deflection, let me clarify the actual situation for anyone reading this. When I joined, the company had 20+ employees; by the time I left, only 2–4 remained. That kind of attrition doesn't happen without serious issues at the top.The core problem lies in poor leadership, lack of clear vision, and obsessive micromanagement. Rather than focusing on company growth, the management spent more time controlling and criticizing employees than empowering them. Innovation and autonomy were discouraged, and decisions were driven by ego, not strategy.I led my team with integrity and professionalism, but it’s impossible to thrive in an environment where leadership neither listens nor evolves. The owner's comment about “direct report feedback” is ironic, given how quickly most of them left.If you're considering working here, take the turnover rate seriously—it reflects deeper, systemic problems.
