I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

eSILO Tech Support ReviewI am a retired engineer and part time stock option trader. I have been an eSilo customer for about 7 years now and I have had only one occasion that required tech support. Recently I have purchased a new PC as the old one with Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October of this year. Since I belong to the Boomer generation and not well versed in IT, I hired a local IT guy to transfer the files for me.To my complete dismay, I discover on the new PC that all my photo and music files are gone. The excuse I got was that there were no photo or music files on my old PC which is total bull. I was both angry and desperate. I call up eSilo tech support and work with the software engineer Danny. Danny was able to restore my photo files, music files and investment spreadsheets that take me years to build. What a relief! Danny is very personable and professional. The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Jeremy at Align Tek delivered my new printer/scanner/fax machine yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about his help. He made sure that I understood the functions on my new machine and he made sure that all functions worked properly before he left. He was patient as I am not tech savvy and made sure I could operate the machine with good knowledge. Jeremy is always kind, very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure he explains everything or corrects the issue as promptly as possible. He follows through and if he can't get an issue fixed while on the phone with me then he always calls or emails me to make sure the issue is resolved. Align Tek is by far a great company to do business with if you are in need of tek services. Thank you Jeremy for all of your help yesterday, I really appreciate you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
