This company's terrible wifi system that they had us install at our hotel is complete garbage. They used our existing infrastructure and replaced all the access points. We continually have connection issues with our guests even though the heat map provided by these guys showed great coverage in those areas. Their 24/hr customer tech line is a joke. Guests have to leave a voice mail after hours. All of my issues have fallen on deaf ears and the final nail in the coffin was the loss of a $55,000 contract because the vetting agent experienced poor internet signal. I should sue these people. Stay away, stay away, stay away.

eSILO Tech Support Review I am a retired engineer and part time stock option trader. I have been an eSilo customer for about 7 years now and I have had only one occasion that required tech support. Recently I have purchased a new PC as the old one with Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October of this year. Since I belong to the Boomer generation and not well versed in IT, I hired a local IT guy to transfer the files for me. To my complete dismay, I discover on the new PC that all my photo and music files are gone. The excuse I got was that there were no photo or music files on my old PC which is total bull. I was both angry and desperate. I call up eSilo tech support and work with the software engineer Danny. Danny was able to restore my photo files, music files and investment spreadsheets that take me years to build. What a relief! Danny is very personable and professional. it took almost 2 months to replace a fan in my computer. was forced to buy a replacement pc because of how long they took for a job that would make any other repair shop ashamed for taking longer than a week. these guys will probably give you the run around. i've had 3 different experiences with them, and they gave me the run around every time about replacing parts, not having them on hand, and having trouble with delivery. too convenient to happen 3 times in a row for me. on top of all of this, they never reached out to me for any updates on my repair. they would only SOMETIMES call back if i called to leave a message first. i would generally expect any communication for any delays in an order. i would recommend going to another shop if you're able to.

My Apple laptop, 11 years old, would not activate and has been in the dark for over a year 😪. Took it to BEST BUY to see if they could repair, but they could not. For a larger company that needs a complete managed service with a lot of employees maybe they are better suited? For a small company sales office like mine, with only 5 employees they were nothing short a nightmare. Techs were all great and very professional. Their billing department and their overall communication were terrible. Their sales team sold us products we never needed and they never followed up on things we actually wanted done. We asked them to address modernizing our office , setting up a cloud based server. Never happened. We had a 15 year old data server with less than 500 Gigs of data on it. We signed up with them in May 2023. We wanted their "monitored" pay as you go service, I asked them to provide what charges would be to set up a cloud based data server based on their own sales team suggestion before we signed up. After 3 attempts over several months, I was finally notified in August they would need to charge us 8 hours of billed time to provide what was needed to do that. This was after they already onboarded us and already had inventory of what we had. Having friends in the IT industry they told me something just didn't sound right and this forced me to educate myself on Microsoft 365 services, which we were already paying for I might add. I came to find out they basically wanted $1200 of extra charges just to tell us to move our data to SharePoint. They sold us an email filter program that they set up and installed which ended up blocking legit emails for our business, then when we needed to get those emails sent to our inbox they charged us billing time to do it, then charged us AGAIN to remove the program entirely when they installed and set up the program and it never worked. They opened tickets on our 15 year data server we were never told about, and then billed us time out of our hours block without ever notifying us about it until we saw the bill. Ultimately over 4 weeks time I moved all our data to SharePoint myself, removed our old data server from our network. Our Microsoft accounts were upgraded and all our employees can now work remotely if they chose with file access anywhere with all the benefits of Microsoft defender and malware endpoint security which has been configured also by myself ( Keep in mind I don’t consider myself an IT expert by any means and was able to do all this on my own with a little bit of research). We’re getting almost no email spam now and our dependency on a 15 year old data server is gone. Sadly this all came with no help from Verity IT and instead thousands of extra dollars in fees for things we never needed that could have been avoided. Now 3 months since terminating our relationship our office data sharing system runs flawlessly and we have had not 1 technical issue.

This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.

I've had the privilege of working with Varay as their vendor and as their client. In fact, it's because of our experience with them as our client over the last few years that I knew it was only a matter of time before we would hire them to help us with our IT. I could, and have tried, tinkering my way to what laptops to get and how to troubleshoot errors when they popped up, but that would only distract me from more important work that only I could do. Smith Consulting INC....I could and will change my star rating if you can make an improvement! Could you have some type of online information (via Google Maps, Your very own website etc) that would allow people to know who the owner, co-owner, management, etc are and some companies even give years worked with you, direct number or email to specific employees, how the owner came about owning and so on! I think the staff from the owner to the assembly people in the warehouse are all exceptional great down to earth people! It's always been very welcoming and accepted and I really like how the owner and management run this business!!! I was just noticing the lack of draw to this business, the missing information some like to read, future employees who'd want a better idea of who they will be dealing with and maybe how it all started to today and forgive me but a HUGE LACK of any attraction to your (what looks like online) ""boring, dull, lifeless" company! So why don't you change that because you are a wonderful caring family oriented down to earth courteous company plus so much more! I think you should make that know!

I have worked with Xigent for several years and these guys are sharp. With their assistance we were able to successfully upgrade our complete virtual infrastructure this year. Even with a project of this size we were able to keep it under budget and on schedule. Their engineers are experts in their field, we leverage this knowledge to help support and assist us with our virtual infrastructure (VMware, VDI, NetApp SANs, Nexus switches) and our disaster recovery architecture. Had messed with the bios on my pc and wasn’t able to boot it up. I explained to Ken exactly what I did and he spent a while over the phone telling me what may fix it before bringing it to him. I eventually brought it over to him and he told me I needed a new motherboard. He then took the time to help me order a new one that was within my price range and would be comparable with my old one. When the board arrived we worked out a day and he had it changed out within an hour. Awesome experience and I will be going back to him if I have an pc issues.
