Have worked with BT for 1.5 years now for our Tier1 Service Desk needs. They have provided excellent attention to the account. Their customer service is consistently a 4.9-5 out of 5 rating with an incredible consistent response monthly average response rate of just under 50%. They have been very attentive to continuous improvement, meeting all of their SLAs, and happily partner through any identified issues, which are few and far between. I've worked with a lot of MSPs in my career and BT are the best by far! Highly recommended!

eSILO Tech Support Review I am a retired engineer and part time stock option trader. I have been an eSilo customer for about 7 years now and I have had only one occasion that required tech support. Recently I have purchased a new PC as the old one with Windows 10 will no longer be supported by Microsoft after October of this year. Since I belong to the Boomer generation and not well versed in IT, I hired a local IT guy to transfer the files for me. To my complete dismay, I discover on the new PC that all my photo and music files are gone. The excuse I got was that there were no photo or music files on my old PC which is total bull. I was both angry and desperate. I call up eSilo tech support and work with the software engineer Danny. Danny was able to restore my photo files, music files and investment spreadsheets that take me years to build. What a relief! Danny is very personable and professional. The response time of the Troinet team is amazing! During the most recent storm (Isaias), our Eltingville office lost most of its power for several days. Our server connection was initially lost and we were in a panic! Troinet worked quickly to get our server up and running and we were able to use the power we had to connect to our scheduling software. I have been a client of Infinity for many years and feel disappointed that I need to leave this review. We raised a complaint last November - that only escalated to a complaint due to no account management - and the formal complaint has been completely ignored despite many many emails asking for progress - hence writing this review. Account management is very slow and not pro-active to act in clients best interests. Beware long term contracts and charging for items that are not needed especially in the fast changing world of technology. Support is very hit and miss. The type of firm that try and confuse non IT people using un-necessary terminology. Items on monthly invoices are really difficult to understand. After many years of using this firm I would now not recommend them to look after your firms infrastructure. Such a shame as they are a nice bunch of people but the service doesnt follow.

My son and I recently started a new business creating a holistic experience for end of life care and additional supportive services such as housecleaning,respite and dog walking. Our business model is completely remote and while we had the manpower to write the code and set us up in our home office so that everything was at the tip of our fingers, we were woefully disappointed with the cyber support we received from the various vendors. A friend recommended Cyber Duo with the explanation that they provide comprehensive it support, security and data management all in one. So essentially my son and his friends are no longer the IT department. Now I have a real company that I can call day or night when I think my system has been compromised. I have someone to call when Gen X tendencies kick in and i magically crash the computer or have unintelligible code instead of the file I was trying to open all over my screen. CyberDuo managed to sync and simultaneously protect and the fancy technology that we are using in one short afternoon for what I consider to be a wholly reasonable price and considering the peace of mind they’ve given me it’s worth and I would pay much more. They are always available if we need them but once they had us up and running we just haven’t! Highly recommend Cyber Duo!

They are very slow at resolving issues when tickets are reported. I have been waiting 11 days for their technician to update my firewall to show the logging information for security threats. I have had to ask daily for updates and status, and they take days to respond. Definitely not recommended when it comes to security concerning your network!

Maxwell has been such a lifeline for me. He was not only willing to fix my situation, but he even showed me what to look for, and directions on how to fix, in case if it happens with one of my coworkers on their computers.
