I have been so happy with UDI. They helped set up a program to increase efficiency for me and my volunteers. And, when I hit a bump in the road with Microsoft and their authentication process, they jumped in to help fix it. I tried to navigate the process for weeks unsuccessfully. One call, and Troy was to my rescue. He tried many different options, finally helped me navigate Microsoft support, and has us back up and running. He is kind, patient, supportive, and set us up to not have history repeat itself. While I hope I don't need them again, I will not wait to call in the future! Thanks Troy!!! So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know
