I’m disappointed with my experience dealing with QAgency, particularly around communication and transparency regarding fees. I was already paying for an existing web hosting service while also being charged their separate website hosting/maintenance fee. As someone who is not very IT or social media savvy I feel this should have been clearly explained to me from the beginning. When I reached out to ask for clarification around the charges and services being provided, I struggled to get a response. Unfortunately the lack of communication and follow up left me feeling frustrated and unsupported.

Purchased a web site special. Took me a little while to decide what I wanted, they told me I had taken too long making my decision and that I asked too many questions. I decided to cut ties with them and they only refunded me a part payment from what I paid, even though they had done no work. Decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere for better service. I do not recommend this business.
