I engaged with them last year and the experience was very bad. First, the cost that they charged was higher than other digital marketing firm. For example, designing website costs RM2000 but they charged RM6000+ with ordinary design. Another example is that service fee costs RM500 outside but they charged me RM2000+. Second bad experience is that they even forgot to charge me website server fee (RM1000+) after they issued the first invoice. I was expecting they could produce quality work with higher price but they ended up ordinary work.The RM6000+ website was even unnecessary. They said that I should direct all my customers to the website and they will leave contact on the website. Actually I should have just created a Facebook form to do it and it costs nothing.I ended up losing RM10000+ in the first month with them with no sales. And they even blamed me for having a bad closing sales skill. I ended up with an argument with them.My mistake was that I did not talk to more advertisement company to compare their services. I would recommend you to compare a few to make wise decisions.
