I can not say enough positive comments regarding our experience here at Regus CT Merritt 7. This is largely due to the fabulous service and dedication of their on-site staff, Caitlin and Eleanor. These two women are incredible. The offices are always pristine. There is nothing that they can't answer and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is a positive one. We have been at this location for 2 years and will hopefully be able to extend that to yet another year. The building is also quite nice with full time security and maintenance. Good parking and some fun activities provided by Merritt 7. I think that if you visit you will realize that this is the best office experience you can find other than WFH.

Modern, clean office space in the most desirable corporate park in Fairfield County IMO. Of course, any office is only as good as its staff. Caitlin and Eleanor, first rate ambassadors for Regus Merritt 7, expertly man the reception area while pleasantly and conscientiously assisting everyone in this suite. Excellent experience all around.

Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.

As a woman-owned startup sourcing exceptional black garlic directly from Greece, finding the right marketing partner was incredibly important to me. I began working with Betsy and her team about a year ago in preparation for the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show, and the experience has been fantastic. They’ve supported me on various projects—from website enhancements and SEO to blog content, ad development, and newsletter production. We have worked with Betsy and Brandmark Studios for over three years in a variety of marketing areas. As a technology startup, it was important for us to have an agency who could understand our developing business, be flexible as our brand and message clarified over the years and provide a clear strategic path for our brand development. We saw Brandmark as a full-service agency, able to manage everything from basic market research to logo development to organizing and managing social media.
