Before working with IMPACT, we were stuck trying to make marketing work on our own. I had read They Ask, You Answer (the previous version of Endless Customers) and believed in the principles, but doing it DIY wasn’t producing results. That changed when we made the decision to get a coach. Working with IMPACT’s coaching team gave us the structure, accountability, and clarity that had been missing. That growth allowed us to hire a salesperson for the first time in four years, which freed our content manager to focus fully on building quality articles, videos, and new tools.
