We approached Shaffer Branding early in 2022 regarding the Streetsboro Bicentennial marketing strategy and our ideas for the year. Without hesitation, immediately Rick was embracing the project year’s events. At that moment, we realized we made the right choice.The Streetsboro Bicentennial partnered with Shaffer Branding Co. and it was full speed ahead. Rick and I worked very closely throughout the entire year (many early mornings and late-night phone calls) with so many angles of the Bicentennial celebration. From web creation and design to brainstorming promotional ideas, Rick was absolutely at the top of his game. Rick literally branded the entire Bicentennial foot print in Streetsboro. From banner designs and flyers to creating and assisting in the ordering of souvenir merchandise, Rick has been a total asset to myself and the Bicentennial team. We were extremely lucky to have Rick on our team and hope to work together on many more projects in the future. Hands-down I would recommend Rick over anyone in the marketing business. Great job!

Scott Botkins was referred to me by Anne Shannon of Anne Shannon Graphic Design, whose website was developed by Scott. At the time, I was with a web design firm that was extremely unreliable with both the work they performed, as well as with their follow up. More often than not, phone calls and emails went unreturned and when requests for changes and revisions were finally performed, they were often incomplete or incorrect. I was in desperate need of a reliable company that I could count on to manage and maintain my website.When I first spoke with Scott Botkins he was extremely generous with his time, as well as patient with my litany of questions. Immediately after speaking with him, I decided to take a chance and make Scott Botkins my new web designer. I have to say, after about 1.5 years in business, this is probably one of the best decisions I’ve made for my company.There are just I few criteria I expect from people and companies I choose to do business with—I look for those who are honest, have strong work ethics and are accountable—which means they do what they say they are going to do. In the short time I’ve worked with Scott, he has proven himself to be all of these things and more. He always meets his promised deadlines; he always returns calls and emails; and best of all, when he gives me a quote for how much something will cost, he always meets that figure or comes in under budget. There are never any surprises when working with Scott and the final product of his efforts is absolutely top notch.I now have a much better and more-effective website that I spend very little time working on/worrying about.
