We partnered with AppMakers to explore an AI-powered solution that could simplify the way our marketing team manages content across multiple hospitality properties. From the beginning, their team focused on understanding our actual workflow rather than proposing a generic solution. They carefully analyzed how we organize photos, approve captions, coordinate promotions, and manage content between different properties. Through the research phase, they identified several inefficiencies we hadn't fully recognized, including duplicated work and unclear approval processes. They then presented a well-structured concept for a shared platform with dedicated content libraries, approval workflows, and AI-powered writing assistance tailored to the unique voice of each property. Communication was always smooth, timelines were respected, and the entire process felt collaborative and well organized.
