Our ecommerce business has now worked with LaunchPad Lab on two major website redesign projects. The first one allowed us to completely rebuild our site from scratch. They built us our own unique ecommerce management system that gives us greater flexibility than the popular "out of the box" platforms. For most companies our size, these pre-built systems are the only thing available. This upgrade provided a huge boost to our business, making our website more agile and responsive to the needs of our customers. It grew our business by nearly 300% over the course of around 3 years. When we wanted to refresh the look of our site and add more functionality to improve the user experience, it was a no-brainer to return to LaunchPad for help. Like us, their company had grown in the last few years, and this time around, we were equipped with a full-service team of designers, developers, and online optimization strategists who have not only helped improve our website's design and performance, but also shared their years of expertise with us to help us better understand our own goals and how to make smart decisions about what's best for our company and our customers. Would avoid at all costs. We spent $200K to develop a software that after one year there own team could not upgrade to work with Salesforce. If you disagree with them they will turn you over to collections without hesitation and no basis. The CEO Scott will then brag that he is an attorney and there is nothing you can do about it. Think twice, there are lots of software companies out there.
