yoU Lose when you choose UL. Dealing with their field agents has been a complete nightmare and they do not care about product performance or safety, just their bottom line. Ever since UL was sued in the 80s for monopolizing the testing industry there are other options for NRTLs!They may write the standards, but no one is forced to be bled dry with terrible customer service while they take in record profits, yet they cannot organize themselves to be helpful in the least. It's nothing but ball-dropping and excuse making from them.SAY NO TO UL - they still to this day massively abuse their reach and deceive you with name recognition into thinking that they will help. This is simply not the case.

Would avoid at all costs. We spent $200K to develop a software that after one year there own team could not upgrade to work with Salesforce. If you disagree with them they will turn you over to collections without hesitation and no basis. The CEO Scott will then brag that he is an attorney and there is nothing you can do about it. Think twice, there are lots of software companies out there.
