The atrium here was very nice and utilized as a proper venue for our event a few weeks back.The tall ceilings give it an airy feel and the backdrop is a large LED display that can be viewed from various angles. There is a kitchen behind the west wall, along with seating on the upper floor. Very nice event space with plenty of room, sunlight and seating.

Overly complex Service. As a small business owner I find the service complex and cumbersome. My merchant service company automatically signed me up and them made me start paying fees. I tried to get through the vetting process and dis although I have know idea how. You basically need to have a cyber security degree to even begin to make sense of it all. I was supposed to have my merchant accountant combined so I did not have to go through the vetting twice but after countless emails, phone calls, and promises one account is good to go but the other I an still being charge a NON_COMPLIANCE fee for. How id that even possible if both accounts are supposed to be combined and one is good. Obviously the accounts are not combined 3 month later. The i get a CRAZY email saying I have to waste more of my time to make sure I do not fall out of compliance. All this for a small business that has NEVER had a merchant account fraud issue or charge back in 20 years. the email they sent me list a support pone number that is wrong and when I try to log into my account it says my credential are wrong the the reset password feature is BROKE. I could go on and on but these folks just do not care anyways.

I have had extensive work with these guys. This is not a disgruntled one-time issue review. This company was bought out by a company in Indonesia very quietly. Ever since then they have been terrible to work with. Additionally i don't like the idea of farming out my security services to a country overseas in such an unstable part of the world. NOT recommended.

My mother had a garbage truck get stuck on her power lines and pull her house off the piers of her smaller, older home. State farm sent Envista out to do a structural inspection and Envista wrote up a report saying this didnt happen! Her entire house is now cracking all over because it is not level and supported. Now State farm refuses to help her and pay for the damage to be fixed. Envista sent a girl out with 2 years of so called experience and she missed the most important areas of damage. Then took 3 weeks to report back. They refuse to send anyone else out and still claim this isnt possible. Such bs. This company is horrible. Unprofessional and obviously have no idea what they are talking about.

We hired them for a little over 2 years and had nothing but issues and slow service. Not even 6 months after the contract started did they breach the contract by not onboarding properly and not providing cybersecurity documentation. There were days when they could not fix our server and we ended up leaving early for the day since no work could be done. We lost hours of work and had to work on the weekends to make up for it. They went through a security review for compliance in which they were given very detailed instructions to fix all the issues (which there were a LOT) and they never started after numerous follow-ups. We terminated our contract early and went with another IT company. It was found by the new IT company that Empist did manual fixes on a lot of computers instead of addressing the root problems. Overall do not recommend hiring this company if you have sensitive data that needs secure systems.

Very disappointed with Andromeda. My law firm contracted with them for over 5 years to provide IT technology and support. Their service and responsiveness kept getting worse and their prices and charges kept going up. When we switched companies this past month (despite being paid in full through the end of September), they pulled the plug on their service and played games with the transition to the new IT company. We went with Realnets on a whim, my pregnant wife and I needed help and they delivered ; ) When we first contacted Realnets we were skeptical, all that was washed away when Brian (the Owner) and his right hand man Ben came to our home to do the work themselves. Compared to other companies we have had work at our home they seemed more like family. Their work has allowed us to sleep better at night, especially when our baby arrives!!! 101 digital seems to have just shut down services, with no notice to it's clients. They don't answer the phone, and emails auto answer with a message to contact Anita at Sunny Direct, who also doesn't return phone messages or emails. They've left us in a very difficult position just as we head into our busiest time of the year. If they come back in any form, I'd suggest buyer beware!
