Honestly, I have nothing short of 5 star feedback for this team. Brent, Amber and the entire crew at Matchbox are extremely intelligent, kind, professional and excellent at what they do. My company - Gunter Pest and Lawn in Kansas City - have been using their services for over eight years. They've helped our web traffic grow, brought our 1970s logo and website design into the 21st century :), regularly propose incredibly creative marketing ideas/strategies and problem solve in our weaker areas. We've been working directly with Amber for years - she's our go-to rep and she's so very communicative and smart.We're a 4th generation family owned company, and from day one, Matchbox has completely understood and prioritized that differentiator and helped us maximize our efforts. While incorporating and revamping our business model, it became apparent that we were need of a website update. I went through a process of visiting with several different companies and became obvious almost immediately that Matchbox would be the team to carry us forward. Their level of expertise, knowledge, and portfolio of previous work were without peer. On top of that, their services and ongoing support is top notch... and that's from the perspective of someone that managed services for many years in the corporate world!The Matchbox folks took our ideas and needs, and created an excellent web presence that was our starting point. Attention! - Big scam!After 3 months of communication back and forth ( with multiple people) , I ended up paying almost $5000 for a website that looks like crap.Had to have a new one built since there is no one to take responsibility for the work they have done. After trying for another 2 months to communicate and “ fix” the website, I finally gave up. They needed more, and more money to “ fix” a simple informative site ( that’s all I wanted)… And since I had already invested so much, it was hard to give up and I kept hoping and paying more and more until they drained my account. Being unable to pay someone else, I had no choice but to try building the website myself. I went to Godaddy and did it! Turned out it was so easy to do - multiple choices of templates! I found one that also allows me to take payments and make appointments online. And I paid $179 for it. Beautiful website! Please save your hard earned money and don’t even make attempts to contact these scammers.This, by the way, is the only bad review I ever left for someone and that should tell you a lot.Good luck!
