The representatives seem to have no understanding of business etiquette or respect for our working hours. Each time, we have politely asked to be removed from their contact list, but these requests fall on deaf ears.It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that seems to operate with no regard for customer consent or basic decency. This relentless harassment has not only wasted our time but also left a very negative impression of Elsner Technologies.In conclusion, I would strongly advise any business owner to steer clear of Elsner Technologies. I have given them one star as I am unable to remove all the stars.I initially thought Intuition SofTech Australia was a reputable company, but my experience has left me feeling misled and deceived. Their responses and response times have been extremely disappointing, often accompanied by a barrage of excuses. My initial complaint was that they quoted a price without any mention of a potential increase. After over six months, they presented work that was not in alignment with what was requested or promised. To make matters worse, they then informed me that the cost would be over five times the original estimate.Despite their claims of never encountering a similar issue before, here we are. This makes me question the authenticity of their other reviews. After taking a deposit, I was left with nothing to show for it. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
