A Deeply Disappointing Experience with Emote Digital / Big Picture GroupI engaged Emote Digital in early 2025 with the urgent goal of generating spa treatment bookings for my business, Hair Spa Melbourne. I was transparent about my financial situation and trusted their team to deliver results. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the most damaging experiences of my career.The campaign was poorly managed. Promised deliverables were delayed or not completed, despite me providing all required materials on time. After investing over $15,000, the results were extremely weak: only 37 bookings over 3.5 months, with costs per booking exceeding the treatment price itself. SEO work was incomplete, and key advertising tasks were mishandled. Independent audits I obtained afterward confirmed these failures (70% underperformance).When I raised concerns with management, my feedback was dismissed rather than addressed constructively. Instead of accountability, I faced, legal intimidation, defensiveness and pressure, which was extremely unprofessional.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Emote Digital. They failed to deliver on agreed commitments and caused significant financial and emotional stress for my business.
