The team are friendly and knowledgeable, but I would not recommend to use them. We are a small family run business, and we spent a lot of money but got very little results, it was very disappointing, Initial web design was great, and first year was creative, but then the site & marketing plateaued and they seem happy to be getting their monthly fees but cannot provide evidence when challenged of work was actively done. After 3 years with them to moved to a small independant agent who has provided double the amount of work for half the money. High staff turnover at Yoma means inconsistency of work, and it wastes your time updating the new 'project manager' every few months. Bad communication between staff and client, means that it can take weeks to resolve a tiny fix - like not receiving emails!! They appear to be only interested in very high end clients, like International retailers. "
