Our company used Forix to upgrade and redevelop an existing Magento site to version 2.0. Our main goals were to improve the user experience, replace our proprietary order fulfillment programs with mainstream, easily compatible technology, and attract a larger corporate customer base.Through Forix, we had access to a wide variety of technical and design talent. Project teams brought incredible communication skills and a meticulous management approach, which helped prevent derailment and mitigated disruption when unexpected challenges arose. They stayed on time and on budget, which is next to unheard of in website development.I have to call our two exceptional team members - Jessica and Kaitlyn were easily two of the most talented people I've worked with to date. As a former project manager, I can be incredibly critical of this skill, but Jessica managed the project flawlessly from start to finish. Kaitlyn, our UX designer, nailed all of our feedback and had impressive turnaround times.Overall, I would highly recommend Forix to any company considering launching or re-establishing their e-commerce platform.

On behalf of our business, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and commitment your team provided during the redesign of our company website. When I began researching for a web design company, my efforts ceased after I received a call from Chris within minutes of my initial request for information. Chris made me feel confident and thoroughly explained the design and development process. There were times when we were not certain where to find the information we needed to make this a success. Chris offered valuable suggestions that really made the entire process much easier. It was because of this confidence that I knew the team at Forix was the best choice.I know there were several people involved in the design process, however I must also acknowledge Kristen who provided the professional support we needed. Kristen is a great asset to your team and I can't thank her enough for her patience and ability to get things done the way we needed. The support we received from start to finish was admirable.Because of your efforts we are in a better position to effectively market our services. You have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. Thank you for the outstanding work !!

The best web design and web programming team I've ever worked with! My marketing agency has been working with LVSYS since 2015 on behalf of several clients, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Over the years, I've worked with dozens of web design and programmers and have always found the process to be more work than it's worth. I even considered pulling it all in-house and hiring a web designer/programmer myself. That's when I found LVSYS. I am constantly amazed at not only the professionalism and level of marketing savvy that Max and his team possess, but also the speed at which they communicate, help troubleshoot and problem-solve. This is a web design / programming team that truly cares about the needs of their clients and strives to create a web presence that's not only beautiful, but also gets RESULTS. I highly recommend working with them. You will not regret it.

We couldn't be more thrilled with the results from our recent web design for Dr. Adam Diesburg's dental practice in McMinnville. We've been working this team over the past few months to make our site mobile-friendly and to give it a fresh look and feel. Lvsys was more than responsive to our needs, leading us through the process in a professional and time-efficient manner and responding to troubleshooting needs as they arose. We see our business website as a primary marketing tool and the way we communicate with our patients and potential patients. With our new website in place, we feel like we can send a strong, modern and welcoming message to both groups.

Epic Design Labs is a special company. We contracted with them when our website was really struggling to generate any traffic at all, let alone a sale. Kal and his team was able to diagnose our issues quickly and went to work right away to get it fixed. Any expert in a given field can do that, it's par for the course. But a true wizard like Kal was able to take a step back and envision future stumbling blocks and position us so that we were able to avoid them altogether. His team was always efficient with the time allotted to us, so much so that I often felt that we were underpaying them. Turns out they are just so good, that it doesn't matter how much they charge, it always feels like you are getting more value than what you are paying. Thanks for everything Kal and Julio, I look forward to next issue we have just so that I can hire you again.-Colin

Thanks, Kal and team, for making my team and me work for months without receiving any payment. Be careful if you're going to work with this company, they'll probably ghost you and you won't get your money.
