I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments. Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice. More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

Solar on steroids has been working with the Assisted team for about a year now on a collaborative project. We were invited to quote for a project that we didn't have the capacity and resources to fulfil ourselves and therefore, went out to market to find a provider on behalf of the client. We spoke to 5-6 different full service agencies and Assisted stood head and shoulders above the rest. Kate was super helpful during the sales & scoping stage, helping us with many many different amendments, tweaks and patiently putting up with some delays and unforeseen circumstances. Once the project began, we had Lorna as our account manager and all round organisational superstar. Nothing goes unchecked, actions always provided, team coordinated, communications streamlined. Its just a super slick operation and when making the introduction to our client, we were confident that they were in good hands. The project has had a pretty extensive scope that is now being expanded even further, due to the great results. We've had great support from Sam, Danica, Tierney & Craig on the SEO, Content & Digital PR side. Super knowledgable, friendly and responsive. Coming up with really good ideas and always more than happy to chip in to help, even when things come up that are outside of their remit. Matt squared (Matt C & Matt B) have been smashing it on the paid media side, Google & Bing Ads particularly. Row is Assisted's LinkedIn superstar, running paid media and guiding us on organic for the platform. Nicks also been great, chipping into strategy and helping us coordinate the scope for the wider company. All this is great but it would just be fluff without results. Overall, Assisted have generated a pipeline of £59m over about 6 months for our client. A significant amount of which has already closed. The client is very happy with the progress and having not invested in digital marketing to this extent before, has been impressed with how quickly things have picked up. They've done all this while building great relationships, being super pleasant and reliable to work with throughout both as a company and as individuals. Its no wonder that the client is looking to have them 'assist' with two other branches of the business. Looking forward to working together even more in the future!

Jack initially handled our enquiry, asked lots of questions of what we wanted and seemed genuinely interested in our business and goals, and he even applied a promotional discount to our website price (which he allowed us to finance over 3 separate payments) before handing us over to the team responsible for building and developing the site, which is where Melissa came in; Melissa was absolutely fantastic and showed the patience of a saint as we added to the site, tweaked things and changed everything from colours right down to text. The site just got better and better as Melissa continued to add various details from photos to links and technical data. We are just absolutely thrilled with the finished article and it is clear to see the amount of time and effort which has went into the site. I would simply finish by saying: if you want a cheap and cheerful website which will be thrown together in a few days, you probably don’t want to use LinkDigital as they take care and time to fully assemble a proper website, which requires input from you the client and lots of information sharing, but once the effort has been put in, you will not be disappointed. Don’t have any doubts, if you employ the services of LinkDigital, you will get a quality product if you decide to go with them, they really care about the quality of what they build as it is essentially their advert for what they create, and their prices are fair when you consider the quality of the product. We would give them 6 stars if we could 😊

I enquired with WebPro to help set up my website for my new business. As soon as I was appointed with Ionela she was super efficient, professional and helpful. We had a Zoom call to go through the different templates and what I could include on my website, she handled everything for me. WebPro have lots of different templates, pictures, blurbs etc you can use as a first time business owner I found this really helpful to bulk up my new website. I would recommend WebPro and Ionela to anyone that asked, it took just under 5 weeks to go from my first Zoom call to a finished live website and there was Christmas inbetween.
