  I had a bad experience with the HR Sneha S. Taken all the round of interviews and later told that my profile was kept on hold. In the JD it was given as immediate joiner. Later after one month the same HR post same opening. By seeing this I mailed HR keeping her seniors. The moment itself she called me back and saying that still my profile is on hold. I don't understand the logic. Earlier I was trying to reach out and she was not picking my call. Would have appreciated if she could have told that the profile is rejected. Same as the organization expecting Professionalism from candidate, they too expect transparency from the organization. In most of the organization HR like Sneha S is a curse.

  listen up! This old-school interview style is just plain archaic. Seriously, who still tests candidates' memory these days? Wake up and smell the coffee! Technology has evolved light years ahead. We're not in the Stone Age anymore! You don't need to cram every single line of code or concept. What matters is getting the job done with clean, efficient code. Get with the times!
