I’ve read the prior reviews and wondered why my experience with them was so awful. Their actual installation was fine (the office came pre-wired), but after we were hooked up they left us on our own. No instructions on how to operate the phones, and the instruction pamphlet was for a different model. We weren’t getting calls, lines weren’t ported, the voicemails didn’t work, and when out of a week’s frustration I expressed my displeasure at being cut off from the outside world, I “offended” the gentleman I was speaking with. I found them unprofessional, uncaring and condescending. But they certainly can bill well! Certainly not the type of service my clients expect from me and I’d be ashamed as a professional to provide. But maybe that’s just me.

Clearview Inc. has utilized Beyond IT for all its IT needs for over a year and a half now - everything from migrating our managed services, to a planned server upgrade and most recently a complete phone system overhaul. All of these projects went very smoothly and were virtually seamless for our work environment. The staff at Beyond IT took the time to evaluate our needs for each of these endeavors and offered comprehensive and cost effective solutions. Any day to day needs are addressed very quickly by the staff which is always very helpful and pleasant to work with. It is nice to know that our systems are in good hands with Beyond IT so we can concentrate on our own business.
