Bryan walked me through what would have been a VERY agonizing process and made it seem tolerable. Both Bart & Bryan educated me on the importance of password protection, back up & additional security, directed me to the best resources for me (not something I did not need) & offered it at a reasonable cost. Also, Bryan texted me on a Saturday to warn me about a potential threat and ensured I was good to go. So appreciate the personalized service and the desire to not upsell unnecessary products and services.
