It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity.Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support.Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable IT provider.

They are very slow at resolving issues when tickets are reported. I have been waiting 11 days for their technician to update my firewall to show the logging information for security threats. I have had to ask daily for updates and status, and they take days to respond. Definitely not recommended when it comes to security concerning your network!

I interviewed with Xpanxion, twice over the phone. The first time was a call to touch base, the second was to be a conference call interview. I took the day off of work to interview over a conference call, but it turned out to be a phone call, so I turned down a days worth of pay into an interview I could have take in my car during a break. The following week Kori, the recruiter who original reached out to me, called me to let me know the company I was interviewing for was going to setup an in person interview the next week and that she would let me know when. A week went by and no word from Kori, so I emailed her back. Another 2 weeks went by with no response, so I emailed her again, and all I got back was a cold, stock response stating that they went with other candidates. Not even a thanks for my time or an apology for not responding. The market is full of bad recruiters and this is one of them.
