Maxwell has been such a lifeline for me. He was not only willing to fix my situation, but he even showed me what to look for, and directions on how to fix, in case if it happens with one of my coworkers on their computers. He was super patient with me, even when I called him back when I had another issue with my printer. He got right to the problem and had a such a friendly voice, that I didn’t feel that I was a bother calling in the ticket. I’m just super grateful that I not only dealt with him, but also on a Friday, made my day going into the weekend. Highly recommend Miles IT!

I really didn't want to leave this review because this company was who helped me take off on field Nation 7 years ago and was the foundational Milestone to build my profile with other clients but coming back to fieldwork 7 years later and following up with this company because I've seen them post a lot of POS refresh projects has been very disappointing. Every operator that I call and talk to has a bad attitude and every time the answer is the same: I have to be transferred to the project team desk where I'm on hold sharing elevator music One Time for as long as 45 minutes before just giving up. This is definitely not the same company I remember that gave me the opportunity 7 years ago and was pretty good to work with. I don't know what has happened to them since then but they're unresponsive when you call them and they're also unresponsive when you message them on field nation. I really hope they get it together pretty soon because I don't see them being in business much longer.

even though I successfully completed 100's of jobs for them at new hampshire liquor stores they blocked me from the workmarket platform so now I have no record of them owing me money for a job that was grossly underpaid and never responded to my inquiry about this payment shortage

Very hit or miss depending on the job and whoever the project manager is. If you are a struggling IT professional looking for any extra work, they always have jobs. If you are an experienced IT professional stay far away. They will re-assign work orders with no warning if you even remotely question anything about it, and it is very normal and professional for experienced technicians to bring up concerns. If you start talking about something they don't feel comfortable discussing, they will just hang up on you even though they blow up your phone at least 5-10 times for every single job. They want to treat all contractors like indentured servants but, don't realize you are not their employees. We have done many jobs for essintial, but after a period of time they are just too shady and disrespectful with no explanation. If they could just work on being a little more open minded and understanding, and less corporate and rigid, they wouldn't have nearly as many problems trying to find people to complete work orders. Instead, they insist on being difficult in every area where it's absolutely not necessary.
