"I was set up for an interview with a company called theITSupportCenter, and using Calendly, I received what looked like a legitimate calendar invite. The only thing that seemed suspicious was the two-hour time slot—seriously, people looking for jobs don’t want to deal with that. Regardless, I waited for the interview. When the call came, it was from an automated system that asked me to either press 1 to leave a voicemail or stay on the line. I stayed on hold, thinking it was just part of their process, even though it felt odd. Suddenly, the system disconnected me.I called the number back, and while I was dialing, I received a strange text from an unknown number asking if it was me. When I tried calling the number in the text, I got no reply. Then, when I called the original number again, it was a Google Voice number, and the message said the subscriber wasn’t available, so I left a voicemail. Shortly after, I got an email saying the appointment was canceled. What a complete waste of time! This company clearly uses the Google ecosystem for everything, and their process felt like a total joke. It's like they’re running a ‘turn and burn’ operation with shady practices. Be warned—this is not how people looking for jobs deserve to be treated."

I transferred my business phone from them months ago. Keeping their service would have cost me hundreds more on the month because they would have had to build out in the new location. I still haven’t gotten my phone number ported over to the new company. They don’t port easily like other companies. I am losing business and not getting my business phone calls and the issue still isn’t resolved months later. Their customer service never knows what is going on or how to help.

They are not Norton or Microsoft, although they represent themselves to be. I received an email saying that Norton had reactivated my account because they said that my identity was being used in Australia. They have multiple phone numbers that they use. When I spoke to the last person, he told me to delete all the phone numbers, I kept them and would be glad to forward the info to the real Norton and Microsoft. They are scammers and thieves, all they want is your money

A company I worked for was using Navisite as a colocation data center for years. We are moving out of their data center now because of very shady business practices. I've been a network engineer for 10 years and the support from Navisite is the worst I've ever experienced. The language barrier seems to be part of the issue, but they also have a knowledge level issue as well.They keep saying yes, they understand just to get you off the phone and the request never gets completed. You ask for an update 3 - 5 days later and they have zero comprehension of what you were requesting so you end up in this vicious cycle of explaining the same thing over and over again for weeks. This isn't a one time issue either. It has happened to me for over two years now. Even if you get to a point where they finally understand what you want they'll deny it's an issue on their end and blame the ISP or you for the problem. I've honestly never seen such rude support engineers once you get to this point with them. You would expect high level engineers to have learned how to support customers without being rude, but that isn't the case in Navisite.They were supposed to monitor our firewalls 24/7 and alert us if one goes down. I've taken firewalls out of the environment completely for RMA and forgotten to notify them. Then they send an alert to me 3 weeks later. Again, recurring issue. Sometimes it's 5 days later and others it's weeks. We finally told them to stop monitoring our firewalls over a year ago and they still send us alerts about some being down every once in a while. We've requested that they stop multiple times.I would not recommend any data center colocation services at Navisite. They are so far below par I would actually heavily recommend against it. There are many other locations in this area that provide a much better service.

I really didn't want to leave this review because this company was who helped me take off on field Nation 7 years ago and was the foundational Milestone to build my profile with other clients but coming back to fieldwork 7 years later and following up with this company because I've seen them post a lot of POS refresh projects has been very disappointing. Every operator that I call and talk to has a bad attitude and every time the answer is the same: I have to be transferred to the project team desk where I'm on hold sharing elevator music One Time for as long as 45 minutes before just giving up. This is definitely not the same company I remember that gave me the opportunity 7 years ago and was pretty good to work with. I don't know what has happened to them since then but they're unresponsive when you call them and they're also unresponsive when you message them on field nation. I really hope they get it together pretty soon because I don't see them being in business much longer.

Very hit or miss depending on the job and whoever the project manager is. If you are a struggling IT professional looking for any extra work, they always have jobs. If you are an experienced IT professional stay far away. They will re-assign work orders with no warning if you even remotely question anything about it, and it is very normal and professional for experienced technicians to bring up concerns. If you start talking about something they don't feel comfortable discussing, they will just hang up on you even though they blow up your phone at least 5-10 times for every single job. They want to treat all contractors like indentured servants but, don't realize you are not their employees. We have done many jobs for essintial, but after a period of time they are just too shady and disrespectful with no explanation. If they could just work on being a little more open minded and understanding, and less corporate and rigid, they wouldn't have nearly as many problems trying to find people to complete work orders. Instead, they insist on being difficult in every area where it's absolutely not necessary.
